“Kissing A Fool” was a beautiful ballad written and sung by the incredible George Michael (1963-2016) from his 1987 multi-platinum smash, Faith. This modern torch song was one of the singles from the album and reached #5 on Billboard’s Hot 100 as well as #1 on the Adult Contemporary chart. The late UK superstar was one of the best singers of his generation and his performance on “Kissing A Fool” was another showcase of class and superior skills.

Eric Clapton’s classic ballad, “Wonderful Tonight,” was covered by Michael Bublè on his 2007 release, Call Me Irresponsible. The legendary “Slowhand” took that song to #16 on Billboard’s Hot 100 back in 1977. “Wonderful Tonight” was certified gold and became a worldwide hit for the legendary rocker.

The young singer delivered some heartfelt, impressive performances throughout the record. An A-list of gifted musicians/arrangers and producers were included. Some of the music giants included Mike Melvoin, Vinnie Colaiuta, Tom Scott, Billy Childs, Brian Bromberg and David Foster who played some bluesy acoustic piano on “Make You Happy” and “Let Me Make The Most Of A Beautiful Thing.”
