“Twist Of Fate” was the smash hit from the soundtrack of the John Travolta/Olivia Newton-John movie “Two Of A Kind.” The song reached #5 on Billboard’s Hot 100 in the fall of 1983. It was co-written by long-time Foster and Newton-John collaborator Steve Kipner of “Hard Habit To Break” and “Physical” fame with Peter Beckett, the leader of the band Player that had a few good hits like 1978’s “Baby Come Back.”
