“I’ll Always Be There” is the title of a successful anthem that David Foster co-wrote with Quebecoise music star Roch Voisine. The two joined forces in 1992 when they worked on Voisine’s first English language album. That same year in Ottawa, Voisine premiered “I’ll Always Be There” accompanied by Foster on piano at the celebration of Canada’s 125th Anniversary attended by Queen Elizabeth II.
